With a long-standing interest in technology, law, and travel, Shantonio first pursued a career in the legal field, studying Court Reporting and later earning a Paralegal Certificate. Despite initial challenges in the job market, Shantonio demonstrated resilience by pivoting into the tech industry, where a decade-long tenure with Hotels.com/Expedia saw her rise from customer service roles to leadership positions in Tech & Innovation.

In 2019, Shantonio expanded her skill set by joining DPR Construction as a System Administrator for OES Equipment, later advancing to Program Manager. Alongside her professional career, her passion for travel flourished. In 2022, Shantonio became a Travel Agent, and by 2023, she proudly launched her own business, She Suite Travel LLC, offering personalized travel experiences for individuals and groups.
